ELMI was created in 2001 to establish a unique communication network between European scientists working in the field of light microscopy and the manufacturers of their equipment.
We are looking for a highly motivated image data specialist to technically support the Image Data Services of the European research infrastructure Euro-BioImaging ERIC (www.eurobioimaging.eu).
The image data specialist will work collaboratively to develop image data management and analysis workflows such as for converting large image datasets into cloud compatible file formats and submitting them to the BioImage Archive. The postholder will have the opportunity to guide the process of establishing community standards for image data and metadata management and image data analysis.
