ELMI was created in 2001 to establish a unique communication network between European scientists working in the field of light microscopy and the manufacturers of their equipment.
The Imaging and Modeling lab at Institut Pasteur (Paris, France) has an open postdoc position for a joint project with the Bally-Cuif laboratory aiming at understanding the dynamics of quiescence substates in neural stem cells of zebrafish. The project involves super-resolution microscopy of chromatin, image analysis and computational modeling of cellular states in connection with single cell RNA-seq data.
