Segment images to win! ABRF study to assess reproducibility

The Light Microscopy Research Group (LMRG) of the ABRF is still recruiting participants for our study to assess reproducibility in quantitative image analysis. Participate by November 30th and you’ll be entered in a drawing to win one of two $50 Amazon gift cards! All you need to do to is segment one or more 3D microscope image sets and tell us how you did it. If you’ve already participated in our study, you’re already entered! We need volunteers from all levels of image analysis experience. Everyone can participate – from students to core directors to image analysis experts. See our study website to find-out more.

Fine Print: Participants must segment at least one image set and submit a complete response to the study website by November 30th, 2021. Each participant will be entered only once into the drawing, regardless of the number of submissions. LMRG members and their direct-reporting staff are ineligible.
