ELMI was created in 2001 to establish a unique communication network between European scientists working in the field of light microscopy and the manufacturers of their equipment.
We are pleased to announce that registration for
has now opened at www.labeling-and-nanoscopy.de
Early bird registration deadline: 30 June 2018
This international conference will be held as a sequel to our very successful 2014 and 2016 events, bringing together experts in fluorescence and labeling chemistry with those designing and applying new concepts of far-field optical nanoscopy.
We are in the process of securing exciting speakers for this conference, and here are some who have already agreed to give a presentation:
Ed Boyden, MIT, USA
Joerg Bewersdorf, Yale University, USA
Virginia Cornish, Columbia University, USA
Christian Eggeling, Oxford University, GB / Jena University, GER
Katharina Gaus, University of New South Wales, Sydney, AUS
Klaus Hahn, Univ. North Carolina – Chapel Hill, USA
Stefan Hell, MPI Biophys. Chem., Göttingen & MPI Medical Research, Heidelberg, GER
Bo Huang, UC San Francisco, USA
Stefan Jakobs, University of Göttingen & MPI Biophys. Chem., Göttingen, GER
Kai Johnsson, MPI Medical Research, Heidelberg, GER
Lukas Kapitein, Utrecht University, NL
… with more to come
Additional talks will be selected from the submitted abstracts.
As in previous years, we aim to make this conference very affordable in terms of cost for young scientists to attend.
The conference website and registration will go online soon – we will keep you posted! For now, mark 5-7 November 2018 in your calendar.
We very much hope that you will be able to join us in early November for “Labeling & Nanoscopy 2018”.
