The organisation
The Biomedical Imaging Facility (BMIF) at UNSW Sydney is establishing a new unit, the Ramaciotti Systems Microscopy Unit, for the automation of multiplexed labelling of cells and tissues combined with bioimage informatics, statistical large data analysis and machine learning. A key element is to establish unsupervised data acquisition via robots and feedback microscopy to generate large and unbiased data sets for fundamental and applied research that feed into a pipeline of image and statistical analysis.
The Opportunities
We seek a highly motivated Imaging Scientist and Biostatistician who will support and collaborate in research projects in the new Ramaciotti Systems Microscopy Unit.
