Promote biological imaging as a fundamental tool for basic and applied research in the life sciences.
Assist scientists working in the life sciences to fully exploit the power of biological imaging by improving the transfer of knowledge.
Promote awareness of the potential of modern imaging techniques for biotechnology with particular emphasis on pharmaceutical applications.
