ELMI was created in 2001 to establish a unique communication network between European scientists working in the field of light microscopy and the manufacturers of their equipment.
This is an intensive 5-day image analysis course mainly based on FIJI.It extends from a general view of the image processing basics to the analysis of specific optical microscopy techniques such as FRET and FRAP. Moreover the course will also provide some macro programming tools to automatize the image analysis process.
