A Postdoc with a focus on mammalian high content microscopy has become available in our group. The jobholder will work on a fully funded collaborative project where we will develop and employ new CRISPR based clone generation and high content fluorescence microscopes to address problems of cellular proteome organization and protein homeostasis using systems biology approaches. The project involves advanced fluorescence microscopy and image analysis, including the development of advanced data analysis pipelines. An excellent understanding of fundamental biological processes is mandatory and experience with mammalian tissue cell culturing and basic methods in DNA technologies is required. Applicants must have conducted a successful PhD in this area and thy are expected to have relevant publications in high quality journals as main author.
